2. New Order Turnaround Time

Turnaround time refers to the period required to deliver initial concepts after order confirmation and complete brief submission.

  • Logo Design:

    • Standard logos: 24–48 hours

    • Packages with 4 or more concepts: minimum 48 hours

    • Illustrative logos: 48–72 hours

  • Website Design:

    • Home/Index or revamp designs: minimum 48 hours

    • Static websites (5–7 pages): 3–5 business days

  • Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will begin processing on Monday.


3. Delivery Policy

  • Final deliverables will be sent to the registered account and email mentioned at order confirmation.

  • Minimum delivery time is 2 business days, depending on the package.

  • For urgent orders, clients must contact customer support in advance.


4. Revision Policy

  • The number of revisions is determined by your selected package.

  • No additional charges apply if the core design concept remains unchanged.

  • Revision Turnaround Time:

    • Logo revisions: up to 48 hours

    • Website design revisions: within 24 hours

    • Web development revisions: 24–48 hours

    • Illustrative logo revisions: up to 48 hours


5. Refund Policy

Refund requests will be void under the following conditions:

  • An All-in-One package has been selected

  • The primary design concept has been approved

  • Revisions have been requested

  • Cancellation reasons are unrelated to Nextway Enterprises

  • No communication from the client for more than 2 weeks

  • Company policies have been violated

  • Another designer/company is hired for the same project

  • Incomplete or unclear creative brief

  • A complete design change is requested

  • Refund request exceeds the allowed time frame

  • Business closure, name change, or non-service-related reasons

  • Change of mind or partner disagreements

Additional Refund Terms

  • Refunds apply only to the specific service, not the entire bundle.

  • No refunds after final files have been delivered.

  • Free items are non-refundable and non-revisable.

  • Logo refunds are not applicable after 30 days; website refunds after 90 days.

  • Services including (but not limited to) SEO, Social Media, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.

  • Website refunds are not applicable once the design is approved and sent for development.

Refund Processing

  • A 100% refund is issued once approved.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Upon refund, all design rights revert to Nextway Enterprises, and the client may not use the designs for any purpose.


6. Claiming a Refund

7. Record Maintenance

Nextway Enterprises maintains records of finalized designs for up to three months after project delivery. This helps recover files in case of loss or misplacement.

9. Communication Policy

  • Nextway Enterprises is only responsible for communications conducted via official email addresses, phone numbers, and domains listed on our website.

  • We are not liable for damages arising from communication through unauthorized channels.

  • All information shared through our official domains is fully supported and verified by the company.


10. Rights & Ownership

  • Nextway Enterprises reserves the right to reject or cancel any project at its discretion.

  • Ownership of designs is transferred only after full payment and project completion.

  • In the event of a refund, all rights remain with Nextway Enterprises.
