How to Claim a Refund

You may request a refund by:

  • Sending us an email through our official communication channels

Once your refund request is received:

  • It will be reviewed and analyzed

  • You will be notified of the decision at the earliest possible time

Important Note

After a refund has been issued:

  • You will have no rights to use any designs or materials provided

  • All submitted work will remain the sole property of Nextway Enterprises

  • Any use of refunded designs is strictly prohibited


Refund Policy Limitations

A refund request will be void and not entertained if:

  • An All-in-One package has been selected

  • The primary design concept has been approved

  • You have requested or received revisions

  • Cancellation is due to reasons not related to Nextway Enterprises

  • There has been no communication for more than 14 days during the project

  • Company policies or terms have been violated

  • Another company or designer has been hired for the same project

  • The creative brief lacks required or essential information

  • A complete design change is requested

  • The refund request exceeds the allowed time frame

  • The business is closing, changing name, or ownership

  • Reasons such as change of mind, partner disagreement, or other non-service-related causes

  • Final files have already been delivered

  • The service or item was offered free of charge


Service-Specific Refund Conditions

  • Logo Design:
    No refund can be claimed after 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • Website Design & Development:
    No refund can be claimed after 90 days from the date of purchase.
    Refunds will not be issued once the website design is approved and sent for development.

  • Service Bundles:
    If a client purchases a bundled package and is dissatisfied with a specific service, any eligible refund will apply only to that individual service, not the entire bundle.

  • Non-Refundable Services:
    The following services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

    • Social Media Services

    • SEO

    • Domain Registration

    • Web Hosting


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed as a 100% refund

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method

  • Processing time is up to 7 business days


Company Rights

Nextway Enterprises reserves the right to:

  • Reject any refund request if policy conditions are not met

  • Cancel or refuse any project at its discretion

  • Retain full ownership of designs after a refund


Record Maintenance

Finalized project records are maintained for up to three months after project delivery. This allows recovery of files in case of accidental loss.
